                TWO YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE
We offer a TWO year Guarantee against Genetic Disorders on all of our Dutch Shepherds and Belgian Malinois.
Our guarantee covers anything genetic that would have been handed down from their ancestry. This guarantee does NOT cover any communicable disease, internal or external parasites, or injury. Once a puppy leaves our
kennel, the care for the puppy is out of our hands. We do not know what conditions the puppy will be placed in or what kind of medical care or general care it may receive.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for all vet bills. Seller assumes NO responsibility for any medical bills on the puppy. If a genetic disease is discovered in the puppy, I will need a letter from your vet, on vet's business stationary, stating the nature of the disease or disorder. The letter will have to indicate that this is a genetic disorder. Mail or fax me a copy of the letter, showing your vet's office phone number. I will call and speak to your vet. I will
also require my Vet to confirm findings.  If your puppy is determined to have a genetic disorder, you will have to surrender the puppy back to me and I will replace it with a puppy from a current litter if available.  If none are available, puppy will be replaced with next available litter.  This guarantee is for GENETIC DISEASES AND DISORDERS ONLY.  No other guarantee is offered. This guarantee extends from the date of birth of this puppy and is valid until its SECOND birthday.
